Application Tips for Heat Transfer Products

Achieving the Perfect Heat Transfer

Our heat transfer labels combine durability and versatility, making them suitable for a wide variety of fabrics. Designed to endure rigorous wash cycles and high temperatures, they maintain their photographic detail and high-definition precision.

When applying heat transfers to textiles, achieving professional results requires using the correct combination of temperature, pressure, and time. Each fabric has unique characteristics, so the application data must be tailored accordingly. Below, we've compiled an insightful guide to help you set your heat press correctly for various types of garments, ensuring durable and flawless results.

Application Tips

Important Notes:

  • Allow the transfer to harden for at least 36 hours before washing or testing the garment.

  • Using Teflon shims is highly recommended for consistent results.

  • The application data must always be adapted to the specific fabric quality for optimal results. For additional guidance, refer to our detailed Pressure Tables to set your heat press correctly for various textiles.

  • Heat transfers are stored at normal room temperature and should not be exposed to direct heat radiation. Avoid stacking in height, moisture and dust. We recommend our customers to buy products for one year of consumption at a time. The products are best before: 12 months. After this, the products will gradually lose their properties.
