Emily Spiegel

Director, Marketing, Apparel & General Retail

Emily Spiegel is an award-winning marketing leader with a people-first strategic mindset, passion for storytelling, and over 15 years of experience building teams and developing marketing strategies that drive engagement and revenue for global organizations. As director of Marketing for Apparel and General Retail, Emily leads a team of marketers and content specialists to develop branding and go-to-market strategy for product lines and portfolios across the fashion, apparel, footwear, and team sports industry.

Prior to Avery Dennison, Emily was the head of content and product marketing for WGSN, the world’s leading trend forecaster. In this role, she oversaw the marketing strategies for five large-scale new products, as well as the rebrand of the company. Emily earned a B.A. in Art History from the University of Pennsylvania and M.A. from NYU.
