Sergio Shmilovitch

VP, Strategy, M&A and Solutions

Sergio is a seasoned leader renowned for his unwavering commitment to innovation and excellence. With a core mission to drive positive change through forward-thinking strategies, Sergio has accumulated invaluable expertise across diverse domains. As the vice president of Strategy, M&A, and Solutions, Sergio spearheads strategic initiatives within the Apparel Solutions business, driving solutions and value creation capabilities. In this role, he identifies and pursues business opportunities in new and existing segments leveraging deep insights into client needs to develop value-added solutions, and ensures their successful implementation and future scalability, positioning Avery Dennison as an industry leader.

With a rich professional background, Sergio has held pivotal roles both within Avery Dennison and at other prominent companies. His tenure as Senior Director of Strategy and M&A within the Retail Branding and Information Solutions business underscores his business development and corporate strategy expertise. Before joining Avery Dennison, Sergio held significant positions, including VP of the Window Film Business Unit at Hanita Coatings, highlighting his strategic acumen in P&L management and team leadership. His earlier roles encompass diverse responsibilities, from marketing and business development to consultancy and managerial roles. Sergio participated in an Executive Program in Competitive Strategy from INSEAD in 2010, complementing his MBA in Strategy and Entrepreneurship from Tel Aviv University in 2008 and a BA in Economics with Honors from the University of Haifa in 2004.
